Email Campaign will manage your contacts making it easy to extract redundant addresses plus it has a SpamCheck to find “junk mail flags”. The way I see it, the choice is yours. You can pay a one-time fee for this software, and schedule as many email campaigns as you like, or you can subscribe to an online marketing company for a monthly fee, give them your mailing addresses, compose your own message and add some graphics, and then they will quite happily take your money and press send for you. I know what I would choose!

As useful as it is to get someone else to send out your newsletters to a huge list of contacts, and then deal with all the bouncebacks, new subscribers and cancellations, it will cost. However, EmailCampaign is designed to send targeted emails and helps you manage your mailing list.
